| PLC plays an important role in the Automation industry control field, it has strong function, high reliability. And the system structure of traditional hard PLC closed there is a poor universality, the shortcomings of compatibility is not good. In recent years, along with the rapid development of the computer technology and large scale integrated circuit technology and the emergence of IEC61131-3standard, soft PLC gets rapid development. At the same time, with the wide application of embedded system in industrial control field, the embedded soft PLC is produced, and it occupies the leading position in the field of industrial control. In the embedded soft PLC system, the soft PLC can be runned in embedded systems as an embedded application, which make up the bad of the traditional PLC poor universality, and the poor of the disadvantage of real time, it saves a lot of resources. The embedded soft PLC can not only achieve the function of soft PLC in the PC platform, but also its reasonable allocation of resources, flexible control, costs can be greatly saved in practice.This paper put realizing the function of the embedded soft PLC development system as the research content. In the Windows operating system and the development of Visual C++6.0environment, it realized the function of the embedded soft PLC development system.In this study, the first is to point out the significance of studying the embedded soft PLC system by analyzing the traditional hard PLC, soft PLC, and the characteristics of the embedded system, and puts forward the key technology of the embedded soft PLC development system and running system, the development system is the basis of the embedded soft PLC system, it runs on PC platform, running system makes the whole embedded soft PLC system function come true, and runs on an embedded platform. The second is to design the edit module of the system, the module provides a friendly user interface and convenient, intuitive and efficient PLC programming platform, the platform is easy to realize ladder diagram elements to add, delete, modify, copy, paste, and other functions. The third is to analyze the development system of compiling module, the module completes the whole process of ladder diagram to instruction list, and achieves the function of the instruction list program; Finally the system was tested and examined the development of design systems, correctness and reliability in this paper, the test results show that the development of the system is good, it can better realize the basic function of the embedded soft PLC system to achieve the research purpose, and lays a foundation for the actual industrial control. |
