In the thesis,the pollution links and source were analyzed and the producting waste gas,water and noise were monitored in the industrial production process of the reclaimed rubber derived from oily sludge.Oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas,rubber mixing and vulcanizing workshop exhaust gas and production wastewater treatment systems were respectively designed according to the monitoring results,then the emission of pollutant were further monitored.In the industrial production process of the reclaimed rubber derived from oily sludge,exhaust pollution mainly came from oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas,heat transfer oil stove exhaust gas,rubber mixing and vulcanizing workshop exhaust gas.Water pollution mainly came from oily waste water generated from the oily sludge rubber powder reaction high temperature exhaust gas condensate.The noise mainly came from the machine working noise about mixing machine,vulcanizing machine,etc.All the monitored results showed that the pollutant emissions of oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas,unorganized emissions and production wastewater were higher than the national standard limit.For oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas,designed the process for the two-step dedust waste heat recovery,oxidative decomposition of deodorant and adsorption.For rubber mixing and vulcanization workshop exhaust,designed the process for the gas-collecting hood collection,dust removal,adsorption and exhausted by 15 m vent in the form of organised exhaust emissions.For the production wastewater,designed the process for oil separation,two-step floating and floating bed filtration.Monitoring results showed: The design of oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas treatment system to remove particulate matter,non-methane hydrocarbons,odor concentration rates were respectively 92.8 %,91.4 %,98.1 %;Rubber mixing workshop exhaust gas treatment system to remove non-methane hydrocarbons,odor concentration rates were respectively 84.0 %,94.8 %;Rubber vulcanizing workshop exhaust gas treatment system to remove non-methane hydrocarbons,odor concentration rates were respectively 84.4 %,95.2 %;Production wastewater treatment system to remove suspended solids,chemical oxygen demand,biochemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,petrolenm rates were respectively 99.1 %,99.2 %,99.2 %,98.8 %,97.1 %,99.7%.The oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas treatment system,rubber mixing andvulcanizing workshop exhaust gas treatment system and production wastewater treatment system had a good effect on the treatment of the pollution.All kinds of pollutant emissions about oily sludge rubber powder reaction waste gas exhaust tube,rubber mixing workshop exhaust gas tube,rubber vulcanizing workshop exhaust gas tube,uncontrolled emission of exhaust gas,production wastewater,factory boundary noise which were treated through the pollution treatment system were up to the relevant standards and could be directly discharged.
