The regeneration process and the influence of formulation on regeneration of scrap rubber powder were studied in the present paper.Study the influence on rubber performance for the amount of chelating agent, determine the optimal processing formula.Blending the reclaimed rubber and natural rubber,Study the performance of mixed rubber to determine the best blending formula. The experimental results showed that the Cur characteristics, the mechanical properties and the biological toxicity of the reclaimed rubber were basically qualified, when the rubber powder was infiltrated by oily sludge at 200? for 6 hours and the volume ratio of oily sludge and rubber powder was lower than 10.It implies that the reclamation and hazard-free treatment of oily sludge and scrap rubber can be realized. The experimental results showed that study the vulcanization characteristics and tensile properties of the reclaimed rubberto determine the best desulfurization formula is oily sludge:mixed powder:clay:desulfurizer A(triethylene tetramine):desulfurizer B(adjacent amino)benzoyl disulfide:activator 420 to 60:20:20:0.3:0.2:0.2.This experiment chooses the sulfur as vulcanizing agent,TMTD as promote agent, silica as reinforcing agent, zinc oxide as the filling agent, stearic acid as the softener,.for best formula and processing research.Study the vulcanization characteristics and tensile properties to determine the optimal processing formula is sulfur 2.5;TMTD2;white carbon black 2;Zinc oxide 4 and Stearic acid 4.5.Blending the reclaimed rubber and natural rubber to study the vulcanization characteristics and tensile properties for the best blending formula.Reclaimed rubber:blending rubber is 80:20.
