In this paper,more than ten kinds of raw materials of woody waste such as wood residues,barley straws,rape straws,grain straws,rice bran,coconut fiber,willow leaves and catkins were studied in detail by wave-cracking technology.The cracking degree and the yield of each woody waste under different experimental conditions were studied,and the optimum technological conditions were obtained.Through the analysis of experiment and result,we choosed the best industrial route for the waste into treasure opened up a new way.In the paper,the effects of the amount of catalyst on the degree of wave cracking,different energy density on the wave cracking rate and different wave cracking time on the yield of the product were studied.The linear relationship between different reaction conditions and products ratio of gas,solid and liquid was obtained.Finally,the composition of gas,solid and liquid products and the economic value of the product were analyzed,which can bring more objective profit,and then explored the route of maximum benefit.It provided reliable experimental data for realizing the industrial application of wood waste.The gas and liquid products were analyzed by gas chromatograph and Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer respectively.The data showed that more than ten kinds of woody waste liquid products such as wood residues and barley straws contained a lot of acetic acid and acetone alcohol,the phenolic content of wood residues was up to 62.87%,barley straws contained expensive 2-methoxy-4-methyl phenol,rape straws contained higher value of 1,6-dehydration-?-D-glucose,which can be completely used as organic chemical raw materials purification to improve added value.The solid products were analyzed and processed by ICP,elemental analyzer,specific surface tester and calorific value analyzer.The results showed that,the solid products of above-mentioned wood residues,barley straws and rape straws had higher porosity and larger specific surface area,and the higher carbon content could be used as activated carbon as adsorbent.At the same time,their calorific value were above4600 kcal/kg,and the solid contains a very small amount of sulfur,lead,chromium,mercury,copper and other environmentally harmful heavy metal elements,making these solid products can completely replace low standard coal as a fuel use,to reduce environmental pollution.Finally,through the industrial analysis,it proved that the research of wood waste by wave-cracking treatment has great market prospect,and it is easy to realize large-scale popularization and application,and it brings prosperity and development to the local economy.
