Ecologicalenvironment need to be people of good protection and construction, we canrealize the social sustainable development, it is Chinese modernization mustconsistently perform a basic policy. How to improve the ecologicalenvironment, how to conduct a reasonable ecological environment constructionhas become an important topic in today’s society. With the development ofscience and technology, GIS technology has been applied to more and morefields, in the ecological environment of city planning research, use GIStechnology, can make it more scientific, more accuracy and moremaneuverability, but also can be more convenient for ecological sensitivityanalysis and ecological suitability evaluation.Formulation of city ecological environmental planning is the preconditionand the basis of ecological sensitivity analysis and ecological suitabilityevaluation. This paper uses GIS technology, to Xiangtan City XinzhaoMountain demonstration zone of ecological sensitivity analysis and ecologicalsuitability evaluation, selecting regionally representative factors, namely,water, vegetation, elevation and dike, buildings and land five ecological factor,ecological factor of each respective and contains some ecological impact factor,then the factor superposition method, according to the ecological sensitivity inthe study area has been divided into five levels, namely, high, high, low, andnon sensitive area, according to the ecological sensitivity analysis results werepresented in different sensitive area protection and construction opinion,effective help mountain demonstration area of the ecological environmentprotection and the distribution of industrial economy. And on the basis of theanalysis results on the mountain demonstration area put forward the ecologicalfunction zoning, namely water ecological conservation function area, uplandecological conservation function area, ecological control zone, ecological ruralleisure tourism, and then combined with the city ecology, landscape ecologyand environmental planning of mountain demonstration area of ecologicalenvironment construction, develop ecological compensation mechanism, promote mountain demonstration area social economy and environmentalprotection in the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. |
