Rubber process analyzer(RPA)and Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was employed to estimate dynamic mechanical properties of NR / SBR composites,study the effects of inorganic fillers,kinds and contents on dynamic mechanical properties of NR / SBR composites,such as modified kaolin,basalt fiber and carbon nanotubes,related physical mechanical properties were investigated also.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,after adding with modified kaolin,the results showed that NR / SBR had better dynamic mechanical properties and comprehensive physical and mechanical properties,the tensile strength and wear resistance had been significantly improved,the dispersant was better and reinforcing effect as well as ordinary carbon black quite.While adding with strong powder and N85 the dynamic mechanical performance decreased.Secondly,make use of the basalt fiber instead of part of calcium carbonate and clay,and put the basalt fiber with silane coupling agent into a high mixer for physical modification,then adding NR / SBR and testing the overall mechanical performances.The results showed that the basalt fiber dosage of about 10 phr,the mechanical properties were slightly decreased.After adding the modified basalt fiber,the dispersibility of the basalt fiber was improved,the dynamic mechanical properties and mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber were improved.Meanwhile,effectively reduced fatigue compression heat.When modified basalt fiber dosage of 10-15 phr the comprehensive performance reached the best,This moment it is a good filling reinforcement material.Finally added Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)to NR / SBR blends,Because of its inertness and large surface,we modified the surface by Si-69 and KH550.Then it was added with double bonds,hydroxyl groups,carboxyl groups and so on.The results showed that the modified carbon nanotubes had a better dispersant in NR / SBR and the effect of filler "Payne" is improved,the vulcanization characteristics,dynamic mechanical properties and physical mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber were improved,But when the amount is too large,the dispersion was decreased.When the amount of 4phr the comprehensive mechanical properties reached the best.Thermal conductivity and conductive performance were significantly enhanced.Comprehensive analysis,choice suitable inorganic filler dosage,we can maintain the physical properties of NR/SBR blends under the premise of reducing costs.
