The biomolecules containing cis-diol such as carbonhydrate,nucleosides,glycoproteins,glycopeptide,catechol and folic acid are very important compounds.Nucleosides were the units of RNA and the level of nucleosides in the cell was the symbol of the body operation.The modify-nucleosides level in urine of cancer patient was farther higher than of normal person.This thesis set up the methods to detect the level of nucleosides,to investigate the absorption capacity of boric acid-functionalized magnetic materials and to apply the boric acid nanoparticles in detection alcohol-water system.The main contents conclude:1.It synthesized a kind of silica absorbent modified with boric acid derivative?SiO2@NH2@PBA?,using amorphous silica?GF254?as raw material,then the synthesized triazine-PBA modified onto aminated silica obtaining high adsorption capacity?46.3 mg/g?for adenosine.The extraction pH and time,desorption times and time were optimized.In addition,the adsorption equilibrium can be completed within 10 s and 1 min for the desorption balance.Then it was used to enrich nucleosides in the cell.The satisfactory enrichment ratio and recovery was obtained.2.It synthesized four boric acid-functionalized magnetic materials to research their absorption effects,comparing the size and silica coated or not on the surface of magnetic Fe3O4 simultaneously.The Fe3O4@NH2 and Fe3O4@SiO2@NH2 were modified with 4-acetylphenylboronic acid further to obtain Fe3O4@NH2@PBA-200,Fe3O4@NH2@PBA-20,Fe3O4@SiO2@NH2@PBA-200 and Fe3O4@SiO2@NH2@PBA-20.These four materials were compared the absorption ability to nucleosides.As a result,the small size Fe3O4 and bare Fe3O4 were superior to the other materials.Meanwhile,we synthesized Fe3O4@SiO2@C18-20 and Fe3O4@C18-20 for absorption of floxacin to prove the universality of our conclusion.3.It calcined the compound of triazine-APBA under different temperatures for 10 min to obtain the fluorescent nanoparticles,and the nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,infrared?IR?and element analysis.The nanoparticles can be applied to distinguish the organic solvent and qualitatively detect the alcohol-water system with different mixture ratio using fluorescence spectrophotometry method.
