Oil removal effect has a great influence on the pretreatment of synthetic fiber subsequent staining and post-processing.Under low temperature conditions,choosing high oil-removing effect agent can not only greatly improve fabric quality,reduce the difficulty of processing,but also can reduce energy consumption,cut cost,and improve production efficiency.This thesis gets one basic recipe after literature investigation,and research each ingredient's influence on oil removal effect,and at last screens out high oil-removing anionic nonionic detergent,which performs high efficiency even at 60? and 95?.In the best recipe,the ratio of anionic surfactance FMES and nonionic surfactantis is6:4and hexamethylene glycol is 4%.This recipes have good oil-removing effect on engine oil,weaving oil,and silicone oil,and avoid been re-colored during cleaning process.So the cloth gets shallow color.In the traditional process of synthetic fiber,oil removal process is often placed before the dyeing process alone.This process takes 20% energy consumption and40% water consumption in the entire printing and dyeing processes.If the oil removal and dyeing process can be combined,energy and water consumption and pollution can be greatly reduced.But there exists technical difficulties for oil removing under high temperature.Therefore,during the oil removal process of rising and reducing temperature or high temperature,surfactance will change its Kraff point,because of surfactance structure difference,oil removal effect have significant change.And result in different actual effect of emulsion,washing,dispersion,and etc..In the second part of this thesis,this part designs and synthetise a series ofGemini surfactance containing polyoxyethylene ether chain,based on previous synthesis of Gemini surfactants.Compared with raw materials,a novel Gemini surfactant can reduce the surface tension greatly.After systemic research of these Gemini surfactants under high temperature,the results show appropriate dissolution,emulsification,dispersion,proving suitable for some high temperature oil removal needs.In addition,experimental results also show that,only one Gemini surfactant is difficult to fulfill fabric high temperature oil removal requirements.Therefore,this paper use Gemini as key surfactant,working together with other surfactants.Experiments tell that new recipe of Gemini with other surfactants can achieve better oil removing effect.Experiments also tell that Gemini surfactant with nonionic surfactant A and a few propylene glycol can form a good series of high temperature oil removal surfactant.These surfactances show good performance of emulsifying property,dispersibility and preventing staining under high temperature.Under the condition of 130?,when this surfactance dispersed oil bath on polyester fabric with disperse dyes,it has good cleaning effect and dyeing rate.
