Design And Forming Of Integral Woven Down Fabric

Down fabrics are widely used for various fields,including home textile market and clothing market.The use of sewing needle and sewing thread in the process of traditional down fabric forming leads to frequent leaking of the feather or other fillings,which negatively influences is the quality of down filled products.Meanwhile,due to the processing time and labor costs,most of the down fabrics were quilted in straight lines,generating stiff and stereotyped design,which is not beneficial for the innovation of products.In order to overcome the feather leak and bad sense of beauty resulting from traditional down fabric forming,the paper introduces the method of weaving double-layer cavitary structure to realize the production of integral down fabrics.Specifically,the structure surface and inner layer exchanging of yarns were used to form cross line and cross area.The purpose of it is to eliminate the quilting and promote the high-quality production of down fabrics.Based on that,some creative designs were conducted to enhance the beauty and rich the variety of down fabrics.In order to meet the basic functional requirements of the down fabric including duck's penetration resistance and pile Filling,this paper studies the forming technology of integral woven down fabric.Through proper structure parameter design and weaving practice,the study explored integral fabric forming methods with double exchange structure of surface and inner layer,which could solve the problem of feather leaking and improving duck's penetration resistance.In addition,by designing reasonable cavity size,feathers could be filled into the integral fabric smoothly and be distributed proportionally,achieving better effect of warm.On the basis of research on the technology of integral down fabric,this paper used the Kano model which meets the consumer's psychological emotional needs as the core to make innovative product design.According to the product development process of the Kano model,different level development directions of the down fabric products are determined,which are based on consumers' demand of expectation and demand of excitement.First,the use of Dobby weaving through reasonable design of structure and fabric technology eliminates the disadvantages of quilting seam.The weaving duck's penetration resistance fabric reaching the first-class standard requirement is highly qualified,that meets the consumers' demand of expectation.In the process of the design and development of the Dobby weaving down fabric,combined with pattern card designing,warping,sizing and weaving practice,the paper analyzes the influence of the different production processes on the quality of the down fabric and the corresponding solutions.With the consumers' increasing aesthetic pursuit for products,down fabrics that only has basic function could not meet more various emotional demand for people,so starting from the instinct level,behavior level and reflection level mentioned in emotional design,by changing the direction and down filling cavity the designing the pattern of cross region,the issue uses jacquard weaving technology to gives the fabric rich texture and design sense.First of all,with a geometric design of artistic inspiration,the design of fancy cross line and cross area gives the fabric certain visual stimuli(instinct level);secondly,the pattern designs put nature elements into the fabric,calling people to have desire to advocate nature(behavior level);finally,through the integration of specific design elements in the fabric,the designs emphasize the value characteristics and the concept of culture which reflect in the products(reflection level).This project developed the techniques of integral down fabric,and production was supported by Shandong Zibo yinshilai Textile Co.Ltd.The project solved the problem of feather leaking and developed 14 various down fabrics,including 2 dobby weaving down fabrics and 12 jacquard waving fabrics.The practice breaks through the current situation that traditional down fabric designs are dull,making the down fabrics more personalized and variable.The combination of original design and techniques that meets consumers' emotional demand not only provides beautiful and high-quality products for consumers,but also increases the added value of the products,helping enterprises to enhance the market competitiveness and market share,so as to realize the transformation from technology to economic benefit.
