The analysis of the organizational structure of woolen fabric is an important part of woolen fabric production.However,the analysis of the structure of wool fabric is mainly due to manual analysis which is to make mistakes and its efficiency is low.As the current demand for woolen fabric is increasing,the simple manual analysis has been difficult to meet the needs of factory production,enterprise woolen fabric automatic analysis technology needs more urgent.Therefore,this paper attempts to draw on the principle and analysis flow of cotton fabric image processing technology,design the method of image processing analysis of woolen fabric,and adopt a full Chinese programming E language to achieve the analysis process.First of all,this paper through the research of Jiangsu Sunshine Group woolen fabric production process,summed up the commonly used wool fabric organization analysis methods and market common wool fabric structure.This paper selects the typical wool fabric tissue samples for analysis.Based on the cotton fabric image preprocessing technology,a process suitable for the pretreatment of woolen fabric was designed to obtain the fabric gray image with clear texture and contrast.Secondly,the image is divided by the largest interclass method,and the fabric yarn cross section is obtained to determine the warp and weft yarns.Then,the texture feature values of the partitioned regions are extracted by the gray level co-occurrence matrices,and the eigenvalues of each region are clustered by the fuzzy clustering algorithm,clustered into two types of organizations,and organized by single weft and weft The texture of the woolen fabric is matched with the tissue of the tissue library to give the organization and possible probability that it can match the image.Finally,this paper uses E language programming software to write the procedure of the image processing analysis method of the woolen fabric designed in this project,and select the typical woolen fabric of plain weave,twill and satin pattern to analyze the effect of the treatment method.The results show that the image processing method of wool fabric is suitable for the treatment of plain weave,twill and satin weave fabric image,and the error of warp and weft is about 3%.The fabric organization category is almost the same as the actual fabric,Can provide designers with reference value of the latitude and longitude and fabric organization category.This paper explores a kind of processing method suitable for the image of woolen fabric,and expands the research ideas of fabric image processing technology,and breaks through the limitation of cotton fabric.In this paper,the possible organizational structure of the image is a new attempt,which greatly reduces the computational complexity.E language to achieve these technologies rather than matlab programming is also a new attempt,while easy language than matlab and other software is more easy to learn,more convenient for researchers to use and operation.
