Iron making is the most important part for iron and steel enterprises,but there are always lots of sulfur dioxide with the production of iron and steel.Sulfur dioxide is the main cause of human respiratory disease,what's more,it is the basic cause of acid rain.Reduction of sulfur dioxide and soot emissions are an important goal in China.To reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide and soot is a corporate social responsibility and mission.In order to respond to national request to take the social responsibility of the enterprise,and to reduce the emission of SO2,Tangshan Iron and Steel company carried out 210 flat sintering machine flue gas desulfurization tower technological transformation.Firstly,it is important to make the overall design of control system of flue gas desulfurization system,and then to decide the design for automatic control system,water system,smoke control system and grey system.So as to complete the technical transformation of automatic control system of flue gas desulfurization.The above three control system is the key part of the automatic control system of the dense phase tower flue gas desulfurization technology.The integration of the programmable logic controller(PLC),configuration software and industrial control computer is to set the control parameters suitable for production,according to the actual production,the control parameters will control the amount of desulfurization in the ideal range.The control system determines the control effect of desulfurization control system.Compared with the traditional manual operation and other existing control methods,it could achieve much more higher control precision by the technical transformation.According to the method of the automatic control system,the control effect of the control system has good safety,stability and fluency,what's more,it has more convenient and efficient.
