The exploitation and utilization of polyporus frondosus residue were studied as the base material and carrier.The complex of polyaspartic acid,citrate boron and the Bacillus were added to the residue to compound the manure.Exploring the comprehensive utilization of the residue was beneficial to chestnut yield and it was important for agriculture.The results showed that when the soil contents of available boron,nitrate nitrogen,available phosphorus,available iron,available manganese and available calcium were in the range of 1.1~1.8 mg/kg,21.4~32.8 mg/kg,80.1~121.2 mg/kg,31.6~47.8 mg/kg,41.0~65.9 mg/ kg and 3.2~3.7 g/kg,the yield of chestnut was higher than average value.Otherwise the yield would be lower than average value.The contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in polyporus frondosus residue were 0.50%,0.56% and 1.10%,and other trace elements were abundant.The structure was porous.When the volume ratio of Bacillus and the residue was 25%,the result was the best at 34℃ for 48 h.The reaction conditions of polyaspartic manganese,polyaspartic iron,polyaspartic calcium and citric boron were studied.The manure requirements were determined as follows: 1332 kg of the residue,0.82 kg of citrate boron,22.44 kg of polyaspartic manganese,14.52 kg of polyaspartic iron,24.24 kg of polyaspartic calcium,550 mL of Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,Bacillus mucilaginosus,Bacillus lateralis and60% of the total volume of water,and the bacteria fermentation was completed in 60 hours.The field application of the manure showed that the yield of chestnut was 13.75%and 14.46% higher than that of the previous year.Comparing with those trees that the same year without manure application,the growth of chestnut yield was 37.53% and38.37%.The efficiency of bio-organic bacterial manure was verified.
