Angang 2#35000 m3 oxygenerato is the key equipment in iron and steel smelting process,the oxygenerato often stop producing caused by the fault of planetary gearbox,restricts the producing and increase the equipment operation cost.In addition,the pure oxygen that be transmissioned by the oxygenerato is dangerous,it may be explode when the friction and oil leakage occurs and threatens the safety of the person who near by the equipment.In order to ensure the oxygenerato working stablly,the company define the planetary gear box as a key equipment,use the equipment vibration data that periodic monitoring to grasp the operation status of the gear box,Implement predictive maintenance management to improve the management level of modern equipment.As an effective method of fault diagnosis,vibration analysis is widely used in fault diagnosis of gear box.Planetary gear transmission system is complex the problem that it is difficlt to identify vibration frequency characteristics and judge the severity of the fault during vibration spectrum analying process.The frequency component and pattern of distribution of the vibration signal were calculated by the structure parameters of the planetary gear box and the characteristic of the planetary transmission.When the fault characteristic frequencies of components in the gear box are found,frequences of planery gear partially broken and even abrasion on the sun gear also can be determined.By amplitude spectrum analysis,the amplitude of different vibration frequencies are obtained,and the dominant vibration frequency is found.Based on the long term monitoring data and practice experience,the spectrum characteristics of typical fault modes of planetary gear box are summarized.Evaluating the status of running planetary gear box and the severity of fault by fuzzy divergence criterion index which comes from meshing frequency and vibration intensity of eigenvalues on good machine.This method has successfully reduced economic losses by the failure of oxygenerato planetary gear box,and enhance the base for predictive maintenance of the oxygen compressor planetary gearbox.
