In order to solve the problem of obtaining the consistency between light weight and high strength of the porous material,in this paper,industrial wastes such as fly ash,slag,steel slag as the main raw materials,water glass as activator,hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent were used to prepare lightweight and high strength fly ash based polymer porous material,fly ash and slag geopolymer porous material and fly ash slag steel slag geopolymer porous material with chemical foaming method.Firstly,the orthogonal experiment in this paper was used to to choose the amount of water glass,water glass modulus,curing temperature,curing time and other factors to prepare fly ash based polymer materials those compressive strength is 44.38 MPa.On this basis,the fly ash-based foamed geopolymers with high strength,low apparent density was preparated by adding hydrogen peroxide,and the orthogonal experiment was also used to test the compressive strength and volume density of the fly ash-based foamed geopolymers to select the optimal content of hydrogen peroxide and foam stabilizer.The test results showed that the compressive strength of fly ash based polymer porous material prepared under under the conditions of 2.0% hydrogen peroxide,1.0% stearic acid and 0.3% manganese dioxide is 1.52 MPa,and its volume density was 510kg/m3.Secondly,with the fly ash/slag ratio as a facter,the fly ash and slag based porous geopolymer was preparated by using the special character of superfine slag powder,and the optimal fly ash/slag ratio was selected.The test results showed that the compressive strength of the fly ash and slag based porous geopolymer prepared under the conditions of under the conditions of 1?1 ratio of the fly ash/slag,2.0%hydrogen peroxide and 1.0% stearic acid and 0.3% manganese dioxide was 5.9 MPa,and its volume density was 557kg/m3.Finally,with compositing fly ash,slag and steel slag,the uniform design method was used to to test the compressive strength and volume density of the fly ash slag steel slag geopolymer porous material.And by choosing the optimal content of fly ash/slag/slag ratio,hydrogen peroxide and foam stabilizer to prepare fly ash slag steel slag geopolymer porous material.The test results showed that the compressive strength of the fly ash slag steel slag geopolymer porous material prepared under the conditions of 1?3?1 ratio of the fly ash/slag/steel slag,2.5%hydrogen peroxide and 0.5% stearic acid and 0.5% manganese dioxide was 5.1MPa,and its volume density was 650kg/m3.Aditionally,the porous material was tested by mercury mercury analyzer,X-ray diffractio,scanning electron microscope,low field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and so on,and the relationship between compressive strength,volume density and pore structure was analyzed.
