This article takes the steel slag and the blast furance slag of Jiaozuo steel mill and the slag steel of QinYang HongDa steel company as raw materials, respectively taking the liquid sodium silicate and the solid state five-water sodium metasilicate as activator, developing GZX (steel slag style)the geopolymer. On the basis of experiment and theoretically analysis geopolymer poly-mechanism, has respectively analyzed the sodium silicate modulus, the fineness of raw material, the different chemical composition and so on factors to the influence of geopolymer strength. The result shows: the modulus of sodium silicate is higher, and the raw material is thinner, and the intensity of geopolymer is higher, meanwhile sodium silicate modulus -- geology polymer strength mathematical model has been established. Various elemental composition alone change to the intensity influence of geopolymer has not obvious corresponding fluctuation relations. The silicon and aluminum and calcium total content with the strength of gopolymer presents the positive correlational dependence, its correlation coefficient is R2=0.8772. As blast furance slag: deoxidize slag =7: 3 is the best raw material allocated proportion, its 28 days compressive strength and the flexural strength respectively is 53.88MPa,9.32Mpa. When it takes solid state five water sodium metasilicate as activator, because its modulus is low and it cannot be taken as the activator of the steel slag - geopolymer, but may stimulate the blast furnace - steel slag mix raw materials, and the best mixes quantity is 6%. The steel slag nature hydration and the steel slag - gypsum hydration and the geopolymerization superimposition effect are analyzed. The steel slag nature hydration is extremely slow, and it has not superimposition effect with the geopolymerization; and the steel slag– gypsum hydration and the geopolymerization superimposition produces antagonistical effect. The experiment respectively takes deoxidize slag and the calcium carbide putty and the sodium dihydrogen phosphate as retarder, and the result shows that deoxidize slag and the calcium carbide putty cannot effectively delay thesodium silicate - geopolymer the congealling time,and initially congealling time is 46 minutes when the quantity of sodium dihydrogen phosphate is 2%. The geopolymer acid resistance and the anti- alkali and the stability and the heat-stable performance are tested, and the result shows that the geopolymer has good anti- acid and anti-alkali ability, and the stability is qualified, which can maintain above 60% after 400℃for the primitive intensity. The research indicated that the steel slag and the blast furance slag are used as producing geopolymer has good environment and the economic efficiency.
