With the development of science and technology,the application of micro pore-formig with high aspect ratio is more and more extensive.At present,micro pore-formig with high aspect ratio processing technology has reached a high level in foreign countries.In the domestic,this technology is also evolving,however,the large depth to diameter ratio of ultra micor processing is still a problem.This paper puts forward a kind unilateral super microporous forming method.Through the micro scale effect of diamond tip blunt metal sheet,this metal sheet which is under the effect of the hard substrate is pressured into holes.This kind of micro-hole processed by this method can be used in the ultrasonic leak detector,so there is a great significance and value to study it.In this paper,first of all,the relationship between the metal deformation and acoustic emission signal is researched theoretically.Secondly,the relationship between the metal deformation and acoustic emission signal is analyzed.Finally,the acoustic emission sensor,force sensor and micro video microscopy of multi sensor diamond nano indentation hole forming device have been designed out.More specifically,firstly,according to the testing requirements,the type of each sensor is selected and then a test platform with multi sensors is built.Secondly,the diamond nano indentation test scheme is designed.Through a large number of comparative experiments,the influence of the pressure head rate,the dwell time of the pressure head and the cone angle of the head on the test results are determined.In addition,as to different hardness materials,the pressure hole test and the properties of the material were used to study the influence of the plastic properties of the metal material on the pressure hole test.By the theoretical study and analysis of the calculation of the pressure head and the elastic deformation of glass substrate during the compression process,the optimum experimental condition parameters of diamond nano pore pressure are summarized.Lastly,from a large number of experiments and results,we can see that the feasibility of the diamond nano indentation test device is verified.All in all,through comparison and analysis of the test results,the forming rules of the diamond nano indentation pore are summarized,which lays a great foundation for the further research in this field.
