Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage widely used in bridges,high-speed rails,it is one of the essential equipment in constructional machinery in the modern engineering.The Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage has finished the history of the traditional way for Steel Bar Cage processing which had been tied up to weld only by hand.The Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage has improved the efficiency of the manufacture for the large scale construction in our country.It has characterized by fast processing speed,stable and reliable processing quality and so on.However,the Steel Bar Cage which is processed by the traditional Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage is usually circle in cross-section,and the shape is too single.The method of artificial trail to weld the solder joints one by one,which has caused the efficiency for processing,could not catch up with the requirements for modern construction.Sometimes it might also cause the missing while welding.For the sake of meeting the requirement of modernized construction,a wheel pressure forming polygonal Steel Bar Cage and automatic welding machine with capturing and tracking is proposed,considering the motion characteristics of solder joints formed by the joint stirrup and the main reinforcement of the design and the mechanical properties of the stirrup,in order to improve the efficiency of Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage.The device can not only press the stirrup between the two solder joints which are formed by the joint stirrup and the main reinforcement into a straight line and automatically capturing to the solder joint,it can also track the solder joint after the capture,which improves the automatic level and production efficiency of the steel bar cage welding.Main researches are as follow:(1)The wheel pressure forming polygonal steel bar cage is proposed aimed at the characteristics of reinforcing cage seam welder processing of steel bar cage,and study the method for forming spiral angle of steel bar cage,make the stress analysis for the stirrup in the process for producing the steel bar cage in order to get the instantaneous state of both the maximum and minimum stress of stirrups.(2)Proposing a welding machine with capturing and tracking.According to the motion characteristics formed by the joint stirrup and the main reinforcement,design a method of automatically capturing and tracking while welding used for Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage.Analyzing and selecting the best way of welding,using the cylinder as the driving force,and calculating the data for selecting the model of the cylinder.(3)Design the structure of the wheel pressure forming polygonal Steel Bar Cage and automatic welding machine with capturing and tracking used for Rolling Welder for Steel Bar Cage with CATIA V5 R20,making the static verification analysis to the press wheel rotary device with press wheel support and the gun installation device of the automatically welding device with the ANSYS finite element analysis.
