| With the development of aerospace,military,medical and other industries,the requirements of the micro deep hole of difficulty processing materials are becoming higher.The machining mechanism had been discussed and the mathematical model of vibration drilling had been established based on the analysis of the vibration drilling theory development situation.The vibration drilling method has the advantages of high precision,good chip-breaking and chip-removing,fine surface processing quality,small burr and long service life of drill had been proved by doing the theoretical analysis of machining accuracy,vibration chip-breaking and chip-removing mechanism,variable speed cutting characteristic,variable angle cutting characteristic of vibration drilling,the static and rigid effect of drill.The high frequency axial vibration drilling device has been designed through the designing of axial vibration system and the simulation analysis of the vibration system and the drill.The drilling comparison experiment between the vibration drilling method and conventional method had been done by using the 45 steel with different hardness and different quenching thickness.The vibration drilling holes have smaller aperture difference and burr height,lower surface hardness,better chip-breaking and chip-removing effect had been found by measuring and analyzing the parameters of the hole under two processing conditions.The influence law of surface roughness and tool wear had been found through the vibration drilling experiment of changing the cutting material hardness,the drilling speed and the feed rate.These experimental analysis provide a reference for the development of deep hole vibration drilling technology for quenching materials. |
