Ultrasonic vibration assisted drilling is an important method which can accomplish the processing of high-precision and micro hole, it adds periodical pulse signal into traditional processing, thus drilling mechanism is changed and high processing technology effect is achieved. The key components of ultrasonic vibration are designed according to the processing mechanism of ultrasonic vibration drilling.The composition of ultrasonic vibration is introduced in this paper, and the main performance index of piezoelectric ceramic transducer is described. In the meantime, the structure of ultrasonic vibrator is analyzed. Tranducer and amplitude transformer are designed in the analytical method and connect components are taken into consideration. After the design of amplitude transformer, modal analysis and harmonic response are performed on the amplitude transformer, the design is optimized according to the FEM. The effects under traditional drilling and ultrasonic vibration drilling are compared. |
