| Chiral metal-organic frameworks is a kind of porous material,which has many advantages such as chiral recognition site and good thermal stability,therefore,it can be used as chiral stationary phase in gas chromatography.The purpose of this study is to synthesize the chiral metal organic frameworks for the preparation of chiral capillary columns by dynamic coating method.The main research contents are as follows:(1)We utilize Co-L-GG as a stationary phase in gas chromatography.The Co-L-GG coated capillary column not only demonstrates good selectivity for the separation of n-alkanes,n-alcohols,Grob’s mixture and isomers,but also offers a good chiral recognition ability for a wide range of chiral compounds.Therefore,the experimental results demonstrate that the Co-L-GG coated column exhibits a significantly improved selectivity and recognition ability than the previously reported chiral MOFs-coated capillary columns.(2)With Co(Gly-Asp)as capillary column chiral stationary phase for high-resolution gas chromatography,Co(Gly-Asp)-coated column also has good separation ability for n-alkanes,n-alcohols,positional isomers,Grob’s reagents and chiral compounds.(3)The Ni(s-mal)bipy coated column is prepared by a dynamic coating method,which offers good selectivity recognition ability for six racemates,nine positional isomers,n-alkanes and n-alcohols.(4)The dynamic coating Co(s-nip)capillary chiral column of GC possesses selectivity toward Grob’s test mixture,n-alkanes,n-alcohols,isomers.Moreover,the chiral stationary phase has excellent chiral recognition ability toward nine racemates. |
