| Chiral covalent organic framework materials possess high stability,porous,enantioselectivity,it can be used as a chiral stationary phase for gas chromatography.We synthesized the chiral covalent organic framework materials,explored the roughening methods of inner wall of capillary columns,prepared the chiral capillary column and resolved some compounds.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Using trimethyl-β-cyclodextrin as chiral stationary phase,five kinds of roughing methods for inner wall of capillary columns were studied so that to study their separation performance.The column that was roughened by sodium hydroxide corrosion can separate 25 chiral compounds with different degrees resolutions,showed wide application and complementary to other columns.(2)Chiral covalent organic framework CD-COF-1 was obtained with postsynthetic modification.The column prepared by CD-COF-1 was able to separate9 chiral compounds,n-alkanols,n-alkanes,positional isomers,aromatic hydrocarbon mixtures.Compared with theβ-cyclodextrin column,it has good complementary characteristics separation.(3)After the covalent organic framework COF-TpBD(NH2)2 was modified by L-valine trifluoroacetyl derivative,L-hydroxyproline and(1S)-(+)-10-camphorsulfonyl chloride,respectively,three columns of chiral covalent organic framework materials were obtained.They are also able to separate some chiral compounds and positional isomers.As the chiral stationary phases of COF derivatives,they are complementary to other chiral capillary columns and are possible for potential applications. |
