With the development of social science and technology and the deep research of biological resources,the research emphasis of new type of drugs has been turned to the exploitation and utilization of natural products.Curcumin is a kind of biological component extracted from a kind of ginger plant,With antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor and other biological activities,which has a wide range of medicinal value.Al3+、Fe3+、Cu2+、Zn2+ is an important metal element in human body,which plays an important role in the physiology and function of human body and metabolism.Because of the role of rare earth elements in biochemistry,the development and application of rare earth complexes have been promoted.At the same time,the rare earth elements have special optical,electrical and magnetic properties,and can be used as a matrix and activator for producing a plurality of functional materials.Rare earth elements are oxygen-friendly elements,and the characteristic coordination atoms of rare earth complexes is oxygen,which can be used as a complex of curcuin with the β-two ketones structure of the oxyen containing optical ligands.Because the curcumin rare earth complexes have excellent luminescent properties and medicinal effects,they can be used as luminescent material and medicinal ingredients.In this study,the interaction between curcumin and(Al,Fe,Cu,Zn)and six kinds of rare earth elements(Y,Ce,Sm,Eu,Tb,Er)were studied,Curcumin metal complexes were synthesized.The experimental conditions such as buffer solution,pH value,temperature,reaction time and surfactant were optimized by UV-Vis spectra and fluorescence spectra.The fluorescent probe was used to measure the fluorescence of some drugs and other molecular components.Through the study on the fluorescence properties of curcumin metal complexes,and the change of fluorescence intensity before and after the introduction of the third ligand,this experiment found that detection isoniazid by the curcumin-Cu2+-isoniazid fluorescence system;detection lornoxicam by curcumin-Y3+-lornoxicam fluorescence system.Compared with other methods,this method has a good application prospect in the field of fluorescence spectrophotometry for the determination of pharmaceutical ingredients.After the study of the effect of β-two ketones and rare earth ions,in this experiment we also studied lornoxicam on the same kind of β-two ketones structure.A novel and sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of lornoxicam.The method was based on the fluorescence enhancement of europium(III)by formation of a ternary complex with lornoxicam in the presence of lysozyme as the co-ligand.As the results showed high sensitivity,high accuracy and good selectivity.This method for the determination of lornoxicam by fluorescence spectrophotometry can be used in the field of Medicine.
