| The development of C hina’s manufacturing industry,the development of city and the energy,transportation and other infrastructure needs the iron and steel industry..In the actual production process,there are a lot of Shear defect of rotary trimming shears including plate edge collapse,multiple shear burrs and other defects,not only affects the quality of steel plate shear,but also greatly reduces the cutter life,reduced productivity,so it has important significance to study the shear process factors affecting shearing quality of disc.In this paper,based on the problems encountered in the actual production proce ss,we analyze the influence on shear process parameters of shearing quality during the shearing process.Through the theoretical analysis method of rotary trimming shearing process and fracture mechanism of steel plate,we made a detailed analysis.Then by using the finite element dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to build the rotary trimming shears model,using explicit dynamics algorithm to simulate the steel plate shear process,we got the steel plate shear stress-strain distribution and variation.Through the comparative analysis,the influence of lateral gap and overlap on the shear process of steel plate is obtained.Finally,the optimal lateral gap and the optimal overlap of steel plate in different thickness are obtained.By using optical microscope,the best process parameters were verified.Theoretical analysis and test show that mainly reasons of shear defects in the actual production is the reasonability of process parameter setting.In the light of the reasons of the defects,the cutting parameters were optimized,and the improvement methods of other factors which influence the shear quality were put forward.The finite element simulation and experiment are used to study the shear process of steel plate,which can shorten the research cycle and reduce the research cost.In this paper,the research methods of the shear parameters of rotary trimming shears are also provided certain reference for the research from now on. |
