Abstract/Summary:
Plates shearing process is a processing method that metal plates have the distortion under molds’action, until finally are destruction, fracture and separation, to obtain the required shape and size plates. However throughout worldwide scale, the research work of curve cutting in the academic circles is extremely defective. It restricts the metal plate profession’s development to be better and faster to a certain extent. Therefore researching variable width disk shears machine metal plates shearing process technology not only has the important theory significance, but also has the significant practical significance.The paper has done the following research work on high-strength steel plates shearing:The paper builds the plate shearing two-dimensional models, uses the DEFORM-2D finite element software to carry on the simulation of the high-strength steel plates shearing detrusion process, analyzes the metal plate interior main stages crystal structure changes separately during the plate shearing process such as the elasticity deformation stage, the plastic deformation stage, the crack generation and expansion, the plate fracture and separation etc., finds out changing rules and tendency of the material internal stress and the strain during the plate shearing process mainly producing in the plate plastic deformation stage and the crack generation and expansion process, the stress and strain changing fiercely, moreover mainly distributing in the main crack all around, and wrapping the main crack.The paper uses the orthogonal experiment design method, combines DEFORM finite element software simulation, researches plates shear effect factors such as the blade clearance, the overlap amount, the blade angle, shearing velocity etc. impacting to the influence proportion of the experimental target shearing force, obtains the four factors to the order of the experimental target shearing force’s influence proportion through range analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal experiment, moreover carries on the four factors’significant validation of the influence of the experimental target shearing force regarding the F function in a=0.01,0.05,0.10,0.25.The paper builds the plate shearing three-dimensional models, uses the DEFORM-3D finite element software to carry on the simulation of five effect factors, that is, the blade clearance, the overlap amount, the blade angle, shearing velocity and plate thickness impacting to the shearing force during the high-strength steel plates shearing process, and detailedly analyzes them respectively influence to the shearing force combining the change relational graph of shearing force and the blade clearance, the overlap amount, the blade angle, shearing velocity and plate thickness.The paper selects a group the high-strength steel plates shearing section of same sample length, abstracts all points of this sample length scope, quotes the method of surface roughness profile definition, uses the method of profile arithmetic average midline to calculate their each midline separately, then uses MATLAB to carry on the curved surface fitting to research two effect factors, the blade clearance and the overlap amount, impacting on the quality of plates shearing section, obtains the craft scope of the better plates shearing section quality.
