Based on the production practice of Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the green process optimization of coal products is studied in this paper.Coal combustion process produces a large amount of coal ash and other dust,at the same time,sulfur dioxide,three sulfur oxides,nitrogen oxides,etc.will be emitted because the elements such as C,H,N,S,O and other combustion are contained in coal.Dissolved in water,these gases will form a variety of acid rain and cause environmental damage.As Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co.,Ltd.was built besides the city,continually released smog will deteriorate air quality,the research is of great significance to fulfill environmental protection requirements and environmental protection.This paper focuses on the desulfurization and denitrification of coal fired flue gas products.Denitrification is the technology concerning with removal of nitrogen oxides in flue gas after coal combustion;Desulfurization is a technology for removing sulfur oxides(SO2,SO3)from coal combustion products.Sulfur oxides are the main harmful substances in coal combustion products,they could be reduced by desulfurization.Based on the current situation of Qinhuangdao power plant and the latest requirements of environmental protection,the paper analyzes the problems and propose the solution.It means,on the basis of former achievements,the design of desulfurization and Denitration Process equipment will be optimized in order to fulfill the environmental protection indicators and meet the actual needs of production and living.At the same time,the design and feasibility of the new combined desulfurization process will be analyzed.
