The atmosphere is closely related to our lives, the survival of humanity can not be separated from the atmospheric environment. The degree of air pollution in China is the top in the world, our country mainly based on coal as the main energy, and relatively rapid development of coal-fired power plants, led to our country’s SO2and NOx emissions increased year by year, our country’s air pollution control, and governance without delay.This paper focuses on improved sodium-calcium dual-alkali desulfurization and denitrification integration process to explore, process desulfurization and denitrification principle, device characteristics, device system and so on, and improvement and innovation through the integration of equipment, successful resolution of the secondary pollution, corrosion, fouling, obstruction, induced draft fan with water, gray water separator and automatic control and other technical problems, to achieve the purpose of the development and improvement of wet desulfurization and denitrification technologies and devices. Through the process units in the practical application of specific analysis to verify the dual-alkali process units less investment, small footprint, no blocking, no secondary pollution, safe and reliable operation, low operating costs, high removal efficiency characteristics,and sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and soot meet the emission standards of the national Center for Atmospheric pollutants, further validate the potential for replication of the process equipment in industrial applications.
