| In this paper,taking clad plate composed of 304 stainless steel and Q235 as the research object,Gleeble3800 as the experiment platform;relying on the understanding of the characteristics of Gleeble3800 thermal simulator,and a large number of experiments,excluded the influence of heating current in the process of experiments and explored an hot compression test method of composite measurement that can accurately control the temperature,pressure and volume of vacuum,which provides some reference for the experimental research of clad plate.The hot compression experiment of stainless steel /carbon steel was carried out,then the effects of temperature and pressure on the composite strength were investigated by measuring the tensile bond strength of stainless steel /carbon steel composite specimens under different process parameters.Presented the method of composite slab modeling,and determined the rolling process.The hot rolling process of 304 stainless steel and Q235 clad plate was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software,and the harmony of the clad plate’s deformation during rolling is analyzed.In order to prevent the oxidation of the stainless steel / carbon steel interface during the rolling process,the stainless steel / carbon steel composite slab was sealed and evacuated.Then the stainless steel / carbon steel clad plate was rolled and the composite strength of the composite plate was measured.The effect of adding intermediate material on the composite strength was studied by observing the microstructure of the clad plate and analyzing the distribution of the elements after rolling;The advantages and disadvantages of Gleeble3800 hot compression and hot rolling experiments were compared.This rolling experiment provides a reference for the preparation and the process of rolling stainless steel clad plate. |
