In this paper,the hydraulic servo synchronization control system of the Pre-Bending machine is designed based on the American DELTA controller.The special programmable controller uses cylinder mould press type prebending machine in the system design,to achieve precise unilateral two cylinder hydraulic servo control,the hydraulic servo cylinder pre bending machine synchronous control,greatly improving the production efficiency,and process controllability,reducing the labor intensity of workers labor,improve the pre the bending precision and product quality,and reduce the equipment failure rate,and overcomes the problems of poor stability,the original control system for single stand on both sides of the cylinder synchronization accuracy is low,easy to produce steel plate side wave bending etc.,.The research results of this paper can be used as reference for the development of the control mode of the molded pre bending machine or similar heavy hydraulic equipment.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of the Pre-bending machine,analyzes the process characteristics and process of the equipment,and introduces the mechanical structure,hydraulic drive system and electric control system of the equipment.According to the process and equipment requirements and the problems in the production process,the design of the electric control system of the molding press.Secondly,the control strategy of the Pre-bending machine is determined.The electrical principle design part,expounds the selection and design of main circuit contactor,main circuit and control circuit design of inverter,soft start circuit and main control circuit,PLC control circuit design device;design the man-machine system of molding pre bending machine,the touch screen realizes the manual / semi-automatic / automatic switch,parameter setting,fault diagnosis,system parameter setting and convenient adjustment,the interface can make the operator more convenient and intuitive operation of molding pre bending machine,realize the tracking of different specifications of steel plate bending quality,and provide reliable data for subsequent production.Finally,the hydraulic servo synchronous control system is designed,introduces the hardware design method of the DELTA controller?he software programming and the communication method with SIEMENS S7-300.The corresponding test to obtain the specific curve data on hydraulic experimental table,data can be seen from the cylinder,smooth operation,high positioning precision of single cylinder running speed control smoothly,high synchronization precision of double cylinder operation,reached the expected target.After the transformation of the equipment,the whole system is easy to maintain,stable and reliable.The automatic control of the edge of the steel plate during the production process of the steel tube is realized,which can meet the requirements of the production process,effectively reduce the energy consumption and improve the production efficiency.The equipment in the factory after the actual operation practice proves that the system effectively improves the system stability,molding pre bending machine improves the single stand two cylinder synchronous precision and plate bending precision,reduce the wave bending steel plate edge,improve the finished steel tube warehouse inspection qualified rate of finished products.
