With the development of the plastics industry,energy-saving and environmental protection requirements from users is rising, energy-saving technology in the injection molding machine control are widespread attention, research around the energy-saving control technology has also been rapid development, energy-saving become an important direction of the development of injection molding machine control. Servo pump injection molding machine combines the advantages of high performance of hydraulic injection molding machine and energy efficiency in the all-electric injection machine, it can improve the efficiency of power drive systems,and reduce energy loss, accelerate the development and application of energy-saving technologies in the field of hydraulic injection molding machine. Servo pump injection molding machine just adapted to the trend of injection molding machine industry, become the common goal of many injection molding machine manufacturers, it will be mainstream products in the market of injection molding machine. Research and development of servo pump injection molding machine achieve the change that controlled by the valve to the pump in the injection molding machine hydraulic system, the key is the precise control of pressure and flow that injection process required.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the development status of the power source system of injection molding machine and servo pump injection molding machine and it's servo system at home and abroad,and analyzes working principle and process of injection molding machine. On this basis, further analysis of the servo pump system components,working principle,and it's hydraulic oil system, and determine their overall scheme of servo pump system, and introduce the control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Secondly, analysis the pressure and flow of servo-pump system, and proposed decoupling control method of pressure and flow, laid the foundation of further research on servo system. Then introduced the principle of fuzzy control, design fuzzy PID controller, implementation of control strategy can greatly improve the performance of system.Then, this paper established the double closed-loop control model of PMSM, analysis and design the current loop and velocity loop respectively, determine the type of regulator and design its parameters.Finally, this paper from the point of performance requirements of servo-pump control system, design hardware and software systems of servo system. It adopts TMS320F28335 as core control system, AC-DC-AC host circuit as major loop and IPM module is used as power driver circuit in hardware design. Software design uses CCS as the integrated development environment, uses C language to program, and gives the main flow of ideas and software architecture, and design all the major software modules and software algorithms. The experimental results show that the system has good control performance, to meet the requirements of the servo-pump control system.
