At president,china's major oilfields have entered middle and later stage of development.as the working fluid surface gradually reduced,the underlying energy gradually reduced,extracting oil gradually shift to difficult exploitation of oil reservoir,machine production well pump setting depth is bigger and bigger,bring a series of problems,mainly displays in,deep well environment load is much more complicated,sucker rod and pump working environment is much more worse.ground pumping equipment load has increased dramatically,the main difficulties in deep pumping is pumping unit cannot meet the requirements of heavy load,high torque and limits the further deepening of pump setting depth.,machine adopt the efficiency has been in a low level.This paper is on the basis of research achievements of the past experts and scholars.on the basis of the longitudinal vibration model of rod string,established the deep sucker rod pumping system dynamic parameters of the simulation model,the performance of sucker rod pump in deep well is system studied,mainly includes the following aspects:Research on different machine rod pump system,the structure and working principle of the conventional beam pumping unit,drive torque pumping unit and ROTAFLEX belt type oil pumping unit are analyzed,Established the the law of motion and the polished rod simulation model of different ground pumping unit;The physical characteristics of the fiberglass rod and the carbon-fibre rod were studied;the structure and working principle of the lateral-flow deep pump are studied,and verified the load lightening ability;In this paper,the calculation model of environmental load of pumping rod is given when pumping oil in deep well.Based on wave equation of longitudinal vibration of the steel rod string,the longitudinal vibration simulation model of the fiberglass mix sucker rod and the carbon fiber mix sucker rod is established,special sucker rod has a series of advantages,make it suitable for deep wells.On the basis of structure and working principle of load-reducer,presents a calculation formula of reduced residual,the longitudinal vibration simulation modal of the load-reducer mix sucker rod.Using visual basic 6.0 to develop the simulation software of deep sucker rod pumping system,compared the simulation performance of the conventional beam pumping unit,drive torque pumping unit and ROTAFLEX belt type oil pumping unit in deep pumping,compared and valued the performance of fiberglass mix sucker rod and the carbon fiber mix sucker rod in deep pumping,lightening effect of load-reducer is simulated and valued.on the basis of the simulation evaluation,selected suitable sucker rod pump combination for deep well.
