Rod pumping system is the most common application of artificial lift methods in thedevelopment of domestic oilfields. With the further development of oil field, majority ofoilfield in our country has entered later development stage, reservoir environment isbecoming more complicated, the depth of plunger is increasing, oilfield profits isdeclining day and day. These make the stress condition of the subsurface sucker rod morecomplex, the work environment of the pump worse, the load of the ground beam pumpingunit increasing sharply. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing equipment andtechnology, many scholars have made great effort to improving the level of the pumpingequipment, down-hole tools, rod string optimal design and deep pumping aided processetc. many equipment and technology suitable for deep pump system have been designedsuch as big load of tower mounted pumping unit, down-hole lightening device——loadreducer and etc. the article conducts a comprehensive research on the deep sucker rodpumping system based on the rod string longitudinal vibration mechanism and vibrationcharacteristic, mainly includes the following aspects:Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the ROTAFLEX beltpumping unit, this paper establishes the sucker rod longitudinal vibration simulationmodel of the deep pumping system, which uses the ROTAFLEX belt pumping unit as itsupper boundary, the longitudinal vibration simulation model of the fiberglass mix suckerrod and the wire rope mix sucker rod which are suitable for deep pumping is established;according to studying the principle of load-reducer, the paper establishes the longitudinalvibration simulation model of the load reducer mix sucker rod; based on the above modelsof the rod string vibration, the model of simulation and optimization of the deepsucker-rod pumping system and the maximum pump depth is established which is appliedto optimize the pumping equipment and swabbing parameters for the oil wells; usingvisual basic6.0to develop the simulation software of deep sucker rod pumping systemwhich is applied to simulate the different deep pumping systems, evaluate the newequipment and technology, calculate the maximum pump depth of the pumping unit, these are of great significance to direct Late oilfield drilling.
