| The tunnel project is characterized of the complex and changeable geological environment and many uncertain factors, which often cause the discrepancy between the support program of original design phase and the on-site construction.Whether the support program of various surrounding rock can be well designed or not is the main element to ensure the safe linking up of the tunnels.Based on the land tunnel on the actual geological conditions, the monitoring data, theoretical analysis and the integration of numerical simulation methods, The analysis and comparation are given by using the numerical analysis software FLAC, such as the effect of rock category V designed according to the original construction supporting is not so good, the anchor of the yield reached a maximum. In Class IV and Class III Rock Rock Design, Support seems to be a bit conservative, the raw material does not play a key role, so re-design to different rock with FLAC software , rock category V may increase a bolt on the the original basis ,and increase sprayed layer thickness by 4 cm, IV-III-class rock and rock in the original design of the program, the decrease of four and two bolt, sprayed the same thickness unchanged to achieve a better supporting effect, that the more economically reasonable and feasible Support program is gained.Monitoring through a large amount of measured data at the scene of their construction process in the tunnel deformation of the supporting structure and the forces were monitored during the entire process, and get the tunnel deformation of the four main stage, that the better of the conditions surrounding rock, the more relaxed of the deformation, and much easier to stabilize. On the basis of the above research results, the reason of the initial supporting of the tunnel Cracking and the unusual circumstances in monitoring are analysed . According to the dynamic design theory the solutions are put forward ,and at the condition of the stable tunnel supporting structure, save the project cost as far as possible, The best support project is obtained by comparing and analyzing the different supporting types of rock. |
