A Study Of Index System Of Ecological Civilization At Agro-pastoral Areas

With the rapid development of productivity,people needs more natural environment.The misuse of natural resources consumes itself fast,and has been brought many problems like environmental pollution,ecological deterioration and less space,which have broken the balance of ecosystems.Facing it,humans must reflect on the confrontationin the economic processes.This also motivates people to changetraditional economic pattern,policies and innovates cultural values.People have proposed ecological civilization construction.The building of the index system about ecological civilization construction,it is an effective way to test the achievements in ecological civilization construction.Building an index system,in a scientific way,has important significance to assess the development of a regional ecology.O ur index system has experienced three stages: provincial level,national level,nationally model region.Each phase suits the developmental needs of each period,but the selection and constitution of index system have strong implications in different areas,as well as the index limit.It needs us to establish more scientific and more objective evaluation system.This paper reviews a series of research results of the previous scholars,starting from the theory of man-land relationship and compound ecology,and constructs the index system of ecological civilization in the county and county.Based on the statistical data of Huocheng County in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2015,this paper evaluates the comprehensive development index of ecological civilization in the county,and draws the following conclusions:1.This paper analyzes the concept of ecology,civilization and ecological civilization,and defines ecological civilization.Ecological civilization is the sum of material achievements,spiritual achievements and system achievements in protecting and improving the natural environment.It reflects a society the state of civilization progress.2.Constructing the index system of ecological civilization is the important guarantee of ecological civilization construction.The evaluation results can guide the development of regional ecological civilization to a certain extent so as to promote the construction of ecological civilization in a systematic,orderly and rational way in the future.3.On the basis of consulting a large number of reference materials and other information,this paper focuses on the national environmental protection department issued by the ecological civilization demonstration area index system and the autonomous region environmental protection department issued by the ecological county index system,will summarize the collected indicators to form an indicator pool,the frequency analysis method,the expert consultation method and so on,the index pool of the indicators of the three times to optimize,and ultimately to establish a more objective,scientific,able to accurately reflect the development of ecological status of agricultural and pastoral areas of the index system.The index system includes five cultural indicators: ecological and cultural civilization,ecological and economic development,ecological and environmental security,ecological social civilization and ecological system.Among them,there are three indicators of ecological and cultural civilization,ecological and economic development has two indicators,ecological and environmental security has 13 indicators,ecological social civilization has five indicators and ecological system has three indicators of civilization.4.Empirical research to obtain good results.will be used after three times the optimization of the index system applied to Huocheng county,and a series of analysis to determine the results can be more accurate reflection of the past decade of ecological civilization development status quo.Among them,some indicators show a high degree of relative correlation,such as the main agricultural products in organic,green,pollution-free products,acreage and fertilizer application.Ecological and cultural civilization,ecological and economic development,ecological and environmental security,ecological social civilization and ecological system civilization showed a continuous upward trend,this trend and the actual city of Huocheng County has a very high degree of consistency.5.The construction of the index system of ecological civilization in the count y area is affected by the factors such as the physical and geographical conditions,the degree of social and economic development.The establishment of the agricultural and pastoral areas of the county ecological civilization indicator system in Huocheng County shows a certain degree of scientific and operational,can guide the reality.
