The Development Of Production Tracking System Oriented Handmade Carpet Manufacturing

Handmade carpet with multiform and flexible weaving pattern,compact structure and wide varieties are widely welcomed by the people,used in hotels,office buildings,offices and other advanced places.Along with the continuous development of the national economy,the use occasion of handmade carpet is expanding.However,the manufacturing process is complicated and the production cycle is long because of the variety of handmade carpet pattern and various colors;if the information sharing each production department is not smooth,it is prone to producing problems in the manufacturing process,resulting in higher production cost,low productivity and the delay date of delivery.Due to the particularity of the industry,the customers have strict requirements in the date of delivery.According to the above situation,this paper developing the manufacturing production tracking system of the handmade carpe manufacturing based on MRP II information technology.It has realized the effective management of all aspects of the supply chain,reflecting the order real-time production schedule of handmade carpet,forming material,color encoding system standards,enhancing manufacturing capacity and solving all the problems from the handmade carpet enterprises' design,manufacturing,sales of production supply chain delivery fundamentally,tracing the production process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the characteristics of handmade carpet manufacturing industry in the manufacturing process,used IDEF0(functional model)modeling method to establish the information model of MRP II for handmade carpet manufacturing,designed the sales management,procurement management,process design management,production planning and tracking,quality inspection and warehouse management module,realized the integration of the enterprise logistics,capital flow,information flow.(2)Studied the yarn supply accurate plan and control method,developed the yarn inventory management module,to provide support for understanding of order color yarn storage area and quantity fast and accurately;optimizing the yarn dyeing production plan,basing on yarn delivery time and yarn dyeing degree of difficulty to establish the mathematical model to priority ordering and distributing arrangements for yarn dyeing tasks reasonably.(3)Studied the distributed remote manufacturing mode tracking control method of handmade carpets,designed the distributed remote manufacturing mode tracking control module.For the impact problem on original production plan of urgent orders,using the Cooperative scheduling of distributed remote production mode method,selecting the most reasonable several branch factories to deal with the urgent orders,designing urgent orders evaluation model of algorithm.Finally,using a numerical example tested the feasibility of this method.(4)System development based on.NET platform and SQL Sever,tested the feasibility of the system at a carpet manufacturing enterprise in Shandong,standardized the business operation process,greatly promote to improve the index of delivery time,quality and production loss.
