The glove of flexible rehabilitation brace is used for good limb position and hand dropsy reduction with the feature of functionality and humanized design.The thesis was conducted in 2 aspects: theoretical analysis about clothing pressure and improvement of pressure distribution,based on the first generation glove.The content of this dissertation mainly included four parts as follows:Firstly,mechanical properties test of the fabrics used in the medical pressure gradient glove.The yarn of the fabrics is 111.1dtex Chinlon/111.1dtex Chinlon/155.6dtex spandex warp yarn,woven the yarns into fabrics with different density and test the tensile property of the fabrics,calculate the passion rate and initial modulus and stiffness factor of the fabrics.Secondly,a regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between elongation rate,radius of curvature and clothing-pressure,an experimental item with PMMA was made to measure the clothing-pressure under different elongation rate and radius of curvature.a simple equation and a linear was given which can well describe the relationship between them(r2>0.9,r2 refers to correlation coefficient).Thirdly,proper clothing-pressure was analyzed and calculated for glove fingers,redesigned the pressure of fingers of the first generation rehabilitation glove from even to gradient by modifying knitting density and stitch transferring,the clothing-pressure from the fingertip to the root decreases from 100% to 70% to 50%,making the pressure distribution more reasonable.Finally,21 cases of healthy person and patients were compared with two varieties of perfusion blood volume(PV)relative value in front and back of using medical pressure gradient gloves with 15 mins.The result of medical pressure gradient glove use group obviously improved(P<0.05)and better than the result using the first generation glove(P<0.05).Medical pressure gradient glove have better effect of enhancing blood microcirculation were concluded.
