Research On The Processing Technology Of Kitchen Waste In Cruise

The cruise tourism has developed rapidly,while it has become a hot issue for the problem of cruise pollution caused by the cruise tourism.The cruise,with the capacity of up to thousands of passengers,will produce tons of rubbish in its each voyage,and more than 50% of the rubbish belongs to the kitchen waste.It will cause a serious effect on the marine ecological environment and the health of the personnel on the cruise.At present,the kitchen waste disposal equipment used on the cruise is imported products,while the most of processors of the kitchen waste are the processors applied in small-scale kitchens which are not applicable to the cruise.This paper designs the processing system of cruise kitchen waste aiming at the large amounts of kitchen waste generated by each meal on the basis of the kitchen waste processing technology research.The existing crushing ways of kitchen waste have not been applicable to the cruise yet.Therefore,the-helical cylindrical gear grinding wheel,as a new type of crushing method of kitchen waste,is designed.And this paper also studies the processing of dehydration and compression for the processing techniques after being crushed.In the design of the cruise kitchen waste processing system,the working principle of the cruise kitchen waste disposal device is determined.Secondly,the gear grinding roller of the comminuted part is designed to select the driving motor according to the torque and speed required for the crushing.Choose dehydration and compression device for cruise food kitchen waste disposal.Based on the SolidWorks software,the modeling of cruise kitchen waste disposal equipment,dehydration device and compression device is modeled respectively.Based on the ABAQUS software,the contact analysis of the gear grinding roller in the grinding part is carried out,and the modal analyses of the gear grinding roller and the intermediate shaft are carried out to verify the feasibility of this design.
