Study On Preparation And Properties Of Color Environmental Protection Permanent Antistsatic Pvc Paste Resin Composites

PVC paste is the surface of PVC powder coated with emulsifier,adding plasticizer at room temperature after the emulsion is commonly known as"liquid plastic".PVC paste resin owned excellent insulation properties,resistivity of up to 1014?1017? · cm,in order to broaden the scope of application of PVC paste resin,the development of anti-static PVC paste resin was particularly important.In this paper,the relationship between the microcosmic pattern and particle size distribution of three kinds of PVC paste resins and the viscosity and gelation rate was studied,and PB1302 with good comprehensive properties was selected.Conductive mica powder was a conductive filler filled with semiconductors on the surface,which powder was gray and has a color adjustable compared to carbon black.Dioctyl phthalate,it was the most widely used as general-purpose plasticizer in PVC industry,because of its high growth efficiency,product heat resistance,good weather resistance was widely used.However,in recent years,that the biological toxicity of o-phenylene plasticizer reported was not uncommon,therefore the development of a substitute for DOP non-toxic environment-friendly plasticizer became particularly important.In this experiment,compound using of non-toxic environmentally friendly plasticizer terephthalate terephthalate(DOTP)and viscosity-reducing plasticizer 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate(TXIB),and found that when the ratio of DOTP and TXIB was 7:2,the plasticity reached DOP.Then,the conductive mica powder was added to the plasticizer of compound plasticizer.When the content of conductive mica was 15%,the non-toxic and environmentally friendly antistatic PVC paste resin was successfully developed.In order to make the color antistatic composite material,the addition of non-toxic environment-friendly pigment organic red 144 and cerium red(PR-002)and found that when the organic red content of 1.2%and cerium red 4%,the composite coloring performance tended to be stable,but the surface resistivity increased.With continuing addition of conductive mica powder,it was found that organic red 144 coloring composite materials and cerium red coloring composite materials,the conductive mica content of 20%and 25%,the surface resistivity to meet the anti-static requirements.For the light-colored antistatic composite materials,it was found that when the organic red 144 content of 0.1%,could be successfully made of light-colored anti-static products.
