The number of coal production in China is very large.The coal industry has important position in the economic development of our country.In order to meet the requirements of production,a lot of mechanical equipment must be used in coal mine.There are many corrosive gas and liquid in the coal mine which is harmful to the mechanical equipment.So excellent anticorrosive coating has important significance to the coal mine machinery.In addition,there are a lot of flammable and explosive material in coal mine,such as pulverized coal and gas.This requires anticorrosion coating must have anti-static and flame retardant performance.To develop good antistatic flame-retardant anti-corrosion coating for mine using,a series of experimental studies were carried out.First of all,the preparation of waterborne polyurethane were studied,and the mechanical properties of polyurethane coating were tested.Water-based polyurethane coating adhesion level is 5,and the pencil hardness of waterborne polyurethane coating is H.Although it meet the basic requirements of mining coatings,but it's mechanical properties are general.Then the preparation of polyaspartic esters polyureas was studied.Four kinds of coating was respectively prepared by using D-230,IPDA,HAD and HMDA,and their mechanical properties and corrosion performance was tested.The experimental results show that the coagulation time of polyaspartic esters polyureas can be controlled by adjusting the formula.Minimum short coagulation time is more than ten seconds,the longest is a few hours.The mechanical properties and corrosion performance test results show that polyaspartic esters polyureas has a good performance.So choose polyaspartic esters polyureas as the main research object,and the antistatic and flame retardant modification was carried out on it.Conductive mica powder was used as antistatic agent,and TCPP was used as flame retardants.When adding amount of conductive mica powder was 20%and adding amount of TCPP was 5%,the performance of the polyurea can meet the requirements of coal mine use.After being processed,the performance of the polyuria was good in mechanical properties and anticorrosion test.The application of polyaspartic esters polyureas in coal mine are introduced,and construction equipment and construction technology are introduced.The polyaspartic esters polyureas has good performance and broad applications.It is convenient for construction and rich in variety,and have good performance in practical application.
