The high performance intractable key part occupies an vitally important place in modern weapons system,aerospace device and the new-born strategic industry,such as the integrative flexible joint of dynamically tuned gyro.Its machining precision and working performance can not only be considered as the reflection of the integrative ability of the national aerospace,weapons system and high-level manufacturing system.But also the core component of the hit accuracy,aerospace navigation performance and key industrial equipment.The micro machine tool,which used to produce those key component,is one of the key factors to achieve the target above.However,there is a wide gulf,between China and the advanced countries in this technical field.Therefore,the research on the key micro machining technology of high-performance key component and the development of micro machine tool of self-developed intellectual property play an important role in the elevation of Chinese high-level manufacturing industry and the international competition.The major work and achievements are presented as follows.Firstly,the domestic and international development of micro-machining technology was introduced.The overall scheme of the micro machine tool is designed in accordance with the major target of research project and the analysis of machining process and parameter of the key component.Secondly,the design of the high-speed cutter spindle of micro machine tool performance and the analysis of main parameters of the spindle design are introduced.According to the of machining precision requirement and the dimensional limit of the micro machine tool to the spindle,it chooses the reasonable type of the spindle with considering of limit factors from many aspects.Thirdly,the major performance requirement of the vertical moving platform is investigated and analyzed.Then,the overall scheme is designed from the view of the mechanical structure.After the assurance of the overall scheme,the components are analyzed and argued respectively.And the mechanical structural scheme of vertical moving platform is optimized and configured.Fourthly,this thesis focuses on the design and demonstration of the basic components of the micro grinding machine.With the comparative analysis of current traditional single column and gantry column structure,the structural constraints criteria of column has been proposed,in accordance with the structural requirements of the machine tool.In addition,the structural analysis and topological optimization of the basic components has been done.Fifthly,the problems about the isolation and damping of vibration has been developed in this paper.Here put forward a solution to this problem which we can add a vibration isolator with high-performance and ultra-low frequency,and increase machine tool rigidity.A conclusion that the higher of the mounting height,the effectiveness of vibration isolator is better has been obtained when analyzing and computing the relation between the mounting height of vibration isolator and the height of center of machine tool gravity during the design of the layout of vibration isolator.Therefore the center of machine tool gravity should be lower through the optimization of the structure of machine tool bed and increase the mounting height of vibration isolator.Sixy,according to the analysis and the research all above,the virtual assembly of the micro grinding machine has been realized.Based on the interference check in each station under practical work conditions and the comprehensive consideration of the single component structure,the structure and size of the entire machine has been coordinated.Therefore,the functions of the substantial machine has been realized,and the general requirements of the micro grinding machine has been preliminarily achieved in accordance with the simulation results and analysis,which provided the theoretical basis for the development of the machine tool.
