Since marine biological pollution has brought serious obstacles to the development of marine economic,anti-fouling research is imminent.At present,the main anti-fouling measure is adding anti-fouling paint in marine equipment.Microorganism is the key factor in causing biological contamination,so inhibiting microbial growth can control the spread of the contamination.Thereinto,metal antibacterial material with silicate as the carrier is a kind of effective antifouling agent.This paper takes layered silicate minerals which is the calcined product of black talc as the research object.The first things to know are the crystal structure characteristics,physical and chemical properties,whitening method and application value of this mineral.The calcined product of Jiangxi Guangfeng black talc is selected and acidified by 2 mol/L HCl,solid-liquid ratio 1:10,80 ? water bath.The changes of crystal structure,phase composition and morphology of the calcined product of black talc in acid soluble process and the change trend of metal cation concentration with acid soluble time in leaching solution are analyzed in detail.On the basis of this,the product acidified for 16 hours is selected to be treated respectively in ZnSO4,CuSO4 and AgNO3 solution.This article also studies the changes of crystal structure of the mineral and the effects of different metal ions on the lattice reconstruction in the process of lattice reconstruction and explores the antimicrobial properties of the product of Zn lattice reconstructed.The results show that after the acid activation,the structure of enstatite and wollastonite in the calcined product of black talc is destroyed and the crystallinity decreases gradually.During the acid soluble process,in the octahedral structure of enstatite Mg2+ is dissolved in large quantities.The surface morphology of the sample corrodes,and the depth of corrosion increases with the increase of acid solution time.Treated in the salt solution,the diffraction peaks of enstatite and wollastonite rise again and the half-width equal lattice parameters restore gradually.Indicating that when the structure of the calcined product of black talc is partially destroyed,which means part of the octahedral cation is replaced by H+,the silicon oxygen tetrahedron has not been destroyed.In this state,metal cation can enter the vacancies of octahedral cation to achieve the lattice reconstruction of the calcined product of black talc.Different metal cation has different reconstruction effect to the calcined product of black talc.Compared with the original ore,the product of Zn lattice reconstructed has better antibacterial properties to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia colifurther.This paper provides a potential method for the preparation of black talc functional materials,which can greatly broaden the potential use of black talc in marine antifouling.
