In recent years,the research of mine rescue in our country is in the ascendant,but there are few researches on the mine rescue.Due to the open pit mining method is different from the underground mine,so the rescue method can not simply use the underground mine machinery.Therefore,it is urgent to design a kind of open pit mine emergency rescue mode,which is based on the characteristics of production,accident and rescue work.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of mine emergency management,emergency rescue organization system and emergency rescue equipment.The necessity and feasibility of establishing an effective emergency rescue mode for open pit mines are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the related basic theoretical knowledge,through the analysis of the stability,safety,practicability,primary design respectively from three aspects,the rescue,rescue rescue channel of the rail tanker rescue way,according to the overall design ideas,the use of software to complete the preliminary design of the project.The design can not only meet the rescue use,but also provide the mining personnel access to the mine,and avoid the waste of equipment which may be wasted for a long time.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of continuous mining,the design can be simple to move,and can also be carried out after the movement of normal rescue,access,mine use.Finally,it can improve the efficiency of rescue and facilitate the production and life of employees.Finally,taking Nanshan open-pit mine as an example,combined with the production and living practice of Nanshan Mine,the background of the safety management of the mine is analyzed in detail,which provides the basis for the study of emergency rescue in Nanshan open-pit mine.In addition,the problems existing in the rescue process of Nanshan open-pit mine are analyzed.It can be seen that the traditional rescue method is very difficult to solve the problem of the safety of Nanshan open-pit mine scientifically.And the new emergency rescue mode applied to the above established mines,combined with the actual data of mine,the rescue mode,channel track,rescue tanker size is reasonably designed,with Nanshan Mining Practice,combined with ergonomics design for the seat,so as to satisfy the Nanshan Coal Mine employees the actual size of the body.Then,it analyzes the significance of the project from two aspects of economic and social benefits.It can be seen that the construction of this project conforms to the national industrial policy and the development plan of MA ‘Anshan City,and plays an active role in promoting the economic development of MA' Anshan.This paper focuses on how to minimize the loss of life and property caused by the accident after the accident.Due to the unique mining method and the terrain of the open pit mine,it is necessary to design its own characteristics more comprehensively.The results of this paper provide a reference for the rescue work in the open pit mines.
