Nowadays the ocean petroleum resource becomes the focus attention of various countries in the world,while the exploitation of the ocean petroleum resource needs a set of integrated technology to lay pipes on the seabed. The deep water flange connecting tool is the specialized equipment for connecting the submarine pipes. This dissertation is aim to develop the 6 inch deep water bolt flange connecting tool with independent intellectual property.The international and domestic development of the deep water flange connecting tool is introduced in the dissertation. Under the basic technology requirements of the deep water flange connecting tool are ascertained. Ensure the parameter of the API criterion of the flange and the submarine pipes. The research aim at the way of the bolt pre-tighten and the way of connecting ,then calculate the pre-tightening force which need to achieve by the spacer. It also proposes the researching contents and global scheme to the 6 inch deep water flange connecting tool, also claims the operational flow and working principle of the 6 inch deep water flange connecting tool. The whole structure will be designed into five parts, that is,position adjustment, sports support structure, bolt warehouse, nut warehouse and the organization of bolt tensioning.The global scheme of the 6 inch deep water flange connecting tool in the dissertation are analyzed and designed in detail, including the organization of bolt tensioning ,bolt warehouse,nut warehouse and sports support frame. That expounds the main function and working process of each machinery structure. The three-dimensional structure design is finished while using the software of Siemens NX8.0. Meanwhile, according to deal with the nut warehouse frame which is stress seriously by use the strength analysis and the checking of stress are all performed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Test and verify the structure is rationality and reliable.Under the basic machinery structure in the dissertation. It deals with the hydraulic pressure system and control system of the 6 inch deep water flange connecting tool. On the basis execute movement of the relevant module to design the hydraulic circuit of the important institution,also make a choice and design to the component of the hydraulic pressure execute and the key hydraulic component. It provides the module and theoretical foundation for the simulation of hydraulic pressure system. The global scheme and each function module of the control system are confirmed by the section. It leads the Control Logix system as the center system and make a reasonable choice to the important components of the control system.This dissertation uses the software of hydraulic pressure simulation AMESim to built module and simulate the warehouses, opening and closing and the warehouses, propel organization of the 6 inch deep water flange connecting tool. That confirms the relevant pressure of the system , flow curve, load speed and positional curve. According to the results of simulation analysis refer that the opening and closing warehouse hydraulic pressure system should use the hydraulic pressure lock to ensure the requirement of pressure maintain. The boost warehouse hydraulic pressure system across the cooperate of the one-way valve and control valve to achieve the requirement of the two-way valveās low speed and steady move.Test and verify the stability of hydraulic pressure system. It provides the theoretical foundation for the opening and closing warehouse hydraulic pressure system and the boost warehouse hydraulic pressure system. |
