Eucommia resources have a very high practical value,Eucommia seed contains very rich in nutrients such as fat,protein and peach leaf coral glycosides,chlorogenic acid and other physiological active substances.The content of ?-linolenic acid in the fatty acid of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil was as high as 61%,and the content of aucubin in seed kernel was about 8%,which was higher in edible and medicinal value.In 2009,it was identified as new food resource.This papre research the oil production of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil,through studying the dissolution of gutta-percha rule optimizes the article mixed solvent extraction to extract of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil as well as the ratio of mixed solvent,analyzes the endogenous antioxidant in Eucommia ulmoides seed,for the development and utilization of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil,and provide support.Because of difficulties of Eucommia seed shell limits the Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil of the large-scale development,therefore,the whole system of seed eucommia seed oil on the oil production easier.This topic comparison and analysis of eucommia seed oil and Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil quality,the results show that the acid value and peroxide value of eucommia ulmoides seed oil is slightly lower than Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil,iodine value and refractive index.Of the two is not significant differences in the saponification material content,among them the content of no saponification of eucommia ulmoides seed oil content is 1.87%,Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil was 0.84%.Eucommia ulmoides seed oil and the main fatty acids were Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil contains a huge difference,the content of unsaturated fatty acid in more than 90%.Linolenic acid content in more than 60%(eucommia ulmoides seed oil 61.36%,Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil 60.27%).In terms of content of trace elements,Eucommia seed oil and Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil,vitamin E,respectively is 2028.91 mg/kg and 2190.80 mg/kg,most of them are gamma TP,accounting for 66.90% of the amount of vitamin E and 73.60%;The second is the delta-TP and(beta,gamma)-TT.Chlorophyll content of Eucommia seed oil than Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil,respectively is 7.53 mg/kg and 5.15 mg/kg,the carotenoid content of Eucommia seed oil was 6.10 mg/kg,carotenoids and Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil is not detected.Peach leaves of Eucommia seed oil and oil Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil glycosides content difference,respectively is 15.98 mg/kg and 14.85 mg/kg,.Eucommia ulmoides seed oil and Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil oxidation resistance is poorer,it is associated with Eucommia oil and fatty acid composition of Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil(unsaturated fatty acid content is more than 90%).Eucommia ulmoides seed oil oil oxidation induction time longer than Eucommia ulmoides kernel oil,explain Eucommia seed oil oxidation stability is better.For optimizing the seed preparation of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil the best solvent,explores the gutta-percha in nonpolar solvent(hexane,petroleum)and polar solvent(dissolved in acetone,n-butyl alcohol).The results show that when the temperature is lower,cortex Eucommiae glue in polar and nonpolar solvents dissolve ability are weak,when the temperature rises,the dissolving capacity in nonpolar solvent will be significantly enhanced,and tends to be stable,and dissolving capacity in polar solvent changes small.Gutta-percha in polar solvent dissolving capacity is much lower than in nonpolar solvent dissolving capacity.To yield efficiency and gel rate as examining index,considering the sensory evaluation of the sample and the ease of sample separation,four kinds of the two kinds of single solvents and mixed solvent extraction yield and quality of eucommia ulmoides seed oil,the effects of all of the six different extraction solvent,adding hexane acetone and n-butyl alcohol in single n-hexane is higher than that in mixed solvent extraction efficiency.On the physical and chemical indicators,mixed solvent oil has lower peroxide value,iodine value,saponification and refractive index,and tall,saponification value and deep color.Income oil fatty acid composition of different solvents on the numerical change is not obvious,but the mixed solvent has lower UFA/SFA.For the sample from six different solvents of vitamin E,found that adding n-butyl alcohol mixed solvent than other solvents have more the content of tocopherol(TP),especially the delta-TP content.In addition,with Rancimat oxidation stability tester measured mixed solvent oil has better oxidation stability.On extraction conditions of temperature,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the single factor analysis of the results showed that the temperature of 35 ? respectively,the extraction time is 4 h,ratio of feed liquid 1:12(w: v)under the condition of single factor,can obtain relatively high yield efficiency and lower the rate of glue.Due to the mixed solvent of containing polar solvent preparation of eucommia ulmoides seed oil has better oxidation stability,it shows that the addition of polar solvent is likely to increase the antioxidant compounds in the oil.To explore eucommia seed endogenous antioxidant compounds,respectively with the polar solvents such as acetone,ethanol,n-butyl alcohol and hexane,petroleum ether as extraction agent,the non-polar solvent to extraction enrichment of eucommia ulmoides seed shell,comparing the extracted concentrate to the radical scavenging ability,the results show that the n-butanol extract has the highest percentage of concentrate on the removal of free radicals(58.77%),followed by ethanol and acetone extract concentrate,radical scavenging rate were 58.37% and 55.21% respectively.Nonpolar solvent(hexane,petroleum ether)extraction concentrate of radical scavenging ratio is low,at 15.62% and 11.83% respectively.Oxidation stability test results show that after adding liquid extract of eucommia ulmoides seed shell of oxidation induction time has significantly increased(P < 0.05),add polar solvent(n-butyl alcohol,ethanol,acetone)the extraction of the concentrate of oxidation induction time than add the nonpolar solvents,hexane,petroleum ether extract of oxidation induction time.Chlorophyll in the concentrated solution to extract,beta carotene,sterol,total phenol,chlorogenic acid and vitamin E and other trace elements content were determined,the results showed that ethanol extract chlorophyll content in the concentrate the biggest(4.82 mg/100g),the second was followed by acetone and n-butyl alcohol,n-hexane and petroleum ether;With n-butyl alcohol extract of concentrate in high carotene content(0.14 mg/100g);Second was followed by acetone and n-hexane,ethanol and petroleum ether;With acetone or ethanol extract of sterol in concentrate,the second was followed by petroleum ether,n-butanol and n-hexane.Ethanol,n-butanol and acetone extract of concentrate in the content of total phenol was obviously higher than that of n-hexane and petroleum ether extract of concentrate.Acetone and ethanol extract of the content of chlorogenic acid content in concentrate was respectively 71.62 mg/100 g mg and 65.81/100g;Second,in turn,n-butyl alcohol,n-hexane and petroleum ether.Ethanol,n-butanol,hexane,petroleum ether,acetone and five kinds of solvent extraction of concentrate,in turn,reduce the content of vitamin E in the ethanol extract of concentrate in the highest levels of 29.48 mg/100gTrace component content of the above and radical scavenging ratio correlation analysis,the results show that the carotenoids,sterol,total phenol,chlorogenic acid and the content of vitamin E,etc and free radical scavenging ability were positively correlated,the highest correlation coefficient for total phenol(R2 = 0.9781);The content of chlorophyll and negatively correlated with free radical scavenging ability.
