Study On The Industrial "Three Wastes" Discharge Of Jiangxi Green Development

With the rapidly development of the national economy,environmental problems gradually emerged.Jiangxi province is the ecological province.But in recent years with the development of economy,the proportion of primary industry decreased,the proportion of the second and three industry increases gradually.Jiangxi also began to appear in various environmental problems.Now the whole country to respond positively to the development of green economy,maintain the environment as economy development.This paper introduces the environmental Kuznets curve model to analyze the Jiangxi Province industrial "three wastes" emissions status.We found Jiangxi Province industrial "three wastes" emissions does not accord with the traditional inverted "U" curve,but showing a "N" curve.Then we use ridge regression method to study the influence factors of industrial waste emissions in Jiangxi province.The study found the greatest impact on industrial waste water of the technical effect;the greatest impact on industrial emissions of the scale effect.the greatest impact on sulfur dioxide emissions of the industrial structure effect;the greatest impact on industrial solid waste generated amount of the scale effect.And then we use time series prediction to forecast the next three years in Jiangxi province’s industrial "three wastes" emissions.We found that "three wastes" emissions still have a growth trend.So the currently monitoring policy efforts on environmental governance is not enough and investment is not enough.Then base on the "three wastes" emissions levels and total industrial output value,we use K clustering analysis method to divide the 36 industries in four categories of Jiangxi province.They are highly polluting high efficiency,low pollution low efficiency,high pollution low efficiency and low pollution low efficiency.We describe the characteristics of each category in turn.We think that Jiangxi province should be to achieve accurate environmental governance,and to increase the level of investment.Adhering to green development,and inhibiting pollutants from the root.From the perspective of long-term development,we must adjust the industrial structure,change the mode ofeconomic growth,stimulate economic growth with the third industry.Based on the development of the industry,Jiangxi should vigorously encourage rapid development of high profit and low pollution category of industry,do not encourage or inhibit inefficient and high pollution industry.And other categories of the industry through the introduction of new technology,increasing investment,the introduction of talent and other ways to make the potential industries become high efficiency and low pollution industries category.With low pollution level to create more economic value,and further achieve green development.
