Sugarcane is the main sugar crops,weeds causing serious harm to the sugarcane.At present,mainly weeds in sugarcane field such as Rottboellia cochinchinensis(Lour.)Clayton.,Eleusine indica(L.)Gaertn.,Digitaria sanguinalis(L.)Scop.,Oxalis corniculata(L.),Cyperus rotundus(L.)have produced resistance for always using ametryn,diuron,2 methyl 4 chlorine and so on.In addition,the existing agents can not kill perennial weed root,the weed control effect is low,and fast turn green.It need to develop new and efficient alternative herbicides in sugarcane field on prodution.This study choose ametryn and halosulfuron methyl as the active ingredient due to they have complementary effect on mechanism and insecticidal spectrum.This paper by means of the evaluation of safety and laboratory bioactivity tests to determine reagent ratios,the comparison different pesticide adjuvants to determine recipes,developing high efficacy and good environmental compatibility of water oil dispersion,and developing the safe and rational use of technology,providing new varieties for chemical weed control in sugarcane field.The results were as follows:1.The study by means of laboratory bioactivity tests to determine reagent ratios of ametryn and halosulfuron methyl.The ratio of atrazine and halosulfuron methyl was(16-25):1 in the combination of the proportion of the compound.The total content of the preparation was determined to be 30%,and then halosulfuron methyl accounted for 1.5%,atrazine accounted for 28.5%.2.Through the screening of dispersant,emulsifier,wetting agent,thickener and solvent,and analysising all indicators,Final determination using 7%AEO?4%TY101?2%500-LQ?0.5%organic bentonite?0.5%veegum%?0.2%fumed silica?12%soybean oil and methyl oleate complement as a formulation system.The main technical indicators are qualified.3.The field efficacy showed that 30%clopidogrel-ametryn OD field dose at 675 ga.i/ha total weeds control efficiency reached 92.98%,of Cyperus rotundus control effect was 93.51%,higher than the total weed control effect,also higher than other weeds prevention effect;when the dosage is 900?1800 ga.i/ha when the total grass control effect reached more than 95.95%control effect of Cyperus rotundus,reached more than 96.12%.4.Through field safety showed that 30%halosulfuron-ametryn OD recommended dose of 675 ga.i/ha,the inhibition rate of plant height was 0.0285 times the amount of promotion,when the amount of height inhibition rate was 0.0375,there was no significant difference between the two,and the injury grade 0,to prove safety preparations were more excellent.5.30%halosulfuron-ametryn OD in sugarcane 4-5 leaf stage,using weed 3?5 leaf stage,the prevention and control of annual weeds were 200g/667m2,acres of water 30-60L/667m2;control of perennial weeds was 300?400g/667m2.
