Sugarcane is the major sugar crops in china, more than 1.3 million hectare sugarcane is planted perennially, which is accounted for more than 85% of China’s annual sugar acreage, and more than 90% of the total output of sugar filed. It is found that weed management is the principal problem and determinant for sugar cane production through tracking and analysis of its agronomic process.In this paper, the common sugarcane herbicides MCPA-Sodium, ametryn, diuron were chosed as active ingredients, the environmental suspension concentrate was chosed as tarjet development formulations. The optimal mixed proportion, formulation and high efficiency application technology of the herbicides production were studied through experiments, the main achievements are as follows:1.Active herbicides ametryn, diuron and MCPA-Sodium were screened by indoor pot experiments, and the optimal proportion were determined as 4:2:1.2.The tape and dosage of dispersants, antifreeze, thickener were researched and the optimum MCP-Sodium·ametryn·diuron 35% suspension concentrate formulatio n was determined:20%ametryn,10%diuron,5%MCPA-Sodium,1.6%KoH,2%J-601,2%D-425,0.2%thickener,0.2%preservative,and filled water to 100%.Furthermore, the produc tion process and quality control indicators were determined according to the actual production.3.Field efficacy and safety tests showed that the weed control effect by MCPA-Sodium·ametryn·diuron 35% suspension concentrate applied during weeds growing season by 200-400g formulation per 667m2 (active ingredients 1050-21OOg/ha) was superior to MCPA-Sodium·ametryn·diuron wet powder significantly, and no pHytotoxicity or growth inhibition was observed after application.4.Through researching on optimum water spraying volume and biological optim um droplet size, it was found that 100-200L/ha water and 200-300μm VMD (sprayi ng droplet median diameter) contributed to best weed control effect for spraying with MCPA-Sodium·ametryn·diuron 35% suspension concentrate.5.Compared with conventional spraying, the novel developed sprayer could reduced the water spraying volume by 90%, which decreased the repeated sprayer bearing time and dispensing time, and improved weed control efficiency more than 6 times. |
