Laminated copper busbar is mainly used to connect the two electrical components,it has the characteristics of large current and high voltage,so it is widely used in the electric appliance cabinet,transformer substation,factory and other electrical appliances.Punching process is a common processing procedure of laminated copper bus.In order to ensure the safety and service life in the process of working,the laminated copper busbar has higher requirements on the processing quality.With the rapid development of industry and economy,the traditional punching technology has been unable to meet the current requirements in the practical applications because of its problem such as the large variation of the pore size,the high collapse height,the uneven cutting of each layer and the low processing efficiency.Laminated copper busbar is mainly used to connect two electrical components,it has the characteristics of large current and high voltage,so it is widely used in the electric appliance cabinet,transformer substation,factory and other electrical appliances.Blanking is a common processing procedure of laminated copper bus.In order to ensure the safety and service life in the process of working,the processing quality of laminated copper busbar is higher.The original blanking process will appear larger changes in pore size,collapse height length,each layer of blanking is not uniform,low processing efficiency,with the rapid development of industry and economy,has been unable to meet the requirements of practical application.In this dissertation,firstly,the numerical model of the laminated copper bus is set up with the help of Deform-3D finite element analysis software,and the finite element numerical simulation is carried out to study the micro mechanism of the process.Based on the stress-strain curve of the material,damage curve,hydrostatic stress and plastic flow of material and other factors,study the change mechanism of laminated copper busbar in the blanking process of laminated copper busbar in the blanking process,the more close to the punch and die cutting edge,the material plastic flow.The stress strain and damage value is bigger.Then build the PLC three control experiment platform of bus processing machine,analyzes the relationship between the load displacement curve in blanking process,studied the pore size,collapse height varies with displacement curve,and the macroscopic process of laminated copper busbar blanking were studied by experiments,verify the relevant parameters.Finally,study the influence factors of laminated copper busbar blanking quality from many aspects,from the blanking mechanism of single-layer thick and thin plate,comparison of the effects of clearance,BHF,thickness of laminated copper busbar punching quality,found unilateral gap and blank holding force is laminated copper bus at the main factors of cutting quality.Taking into account the actual production and mold and other factors,the single side gap 0.4mm is appropriate,the blank holder force of 30%-40%.At the same time,the working environment and the different requirements of the processing,according to the blanking forming law of laminated copper busbar to optimize laminated copper busbar pvnching parameters during the blanking,production and processing of laminated copper busbar blanking has a certain reference value.
