| Communication between the dispatch room and the drift of the mine is an importantguarantee to improve the drift transport efficiency and reduce drift transportation accidents.Point to point, point to multipoint voice and data communication systems have been widelysuccessful used on the ground, but the communication technology progress in drift is slowbecause of its hazards environment, small space, strong interference, and harsh conditions.Therefore, to establish a voice communications and data monitoring system of the drifttransport can not only ensure efficient scheduling, but also assist monitor production and theenvironment transport, equipment status, and can also be made automatically in case ofemergency rapid response to protect the safety of production. This dissertation study theapplication of WiFi technology in the coal mine for voice communication systemsunderground, and obtained the following results.First, this dissertation analyzed the contents of data communication, network topology,standard of WiFi technology in the coal drift transport monitoring system, and selected theG.729a rail transport as drift control system of voice coding standards and datacommunication standards according to monitor characteristics of coal drift transport.Secondly, this dissertation studied of the drift orbit transportation monitoring the overallsystems architecture and three functional modules, such as locomotive and environmentalcondition monitoring and digital maps of drift transport. The system is divided into server,network and intelligent terminals of three parts based on the system functional requirements.Server is the core of the system, be responsible for data collection, recording and forwarding;network equipment is used to provide interoperability and ensure the smooth flow ofcommunication; intelligent terminal is an important part of the system to complete voicecommunications and environmental monitoring work as a monitoring module.Finally, this dissertation developed the voice communication software, datacommunications software and digital map software, with C#language and SQL Server.After a year’s test, the result shows the system is stable, reliable, and is able to improve transport efficiency and reduce safety accidents. |
