| Titanium alloy powder because of its excellent high temperature,corrosion resistance and high specific strength and other physical and chemical properties,has become a broad application prospects of 3D printing commonly used raw materials.However,the fluidity of the powder prepared by the atomization method is poor,and the classification efficiency of the conventional screening machine is not high.In this paper,the new semi-vortex classifier is used to replace the traditional grading process.The primary and secondary vortex classifier is used to classify the powder raw materials with particle size of 0 100μm.The powder is classified into three target products: 0 20μm,20 to 50 μm,more than 50 μm.Through the industrial experiments,the new semi-vortex classifier can be divided into F1 D10 = 29.6μm,F2 D10 = 25.8μm,F2 D90 =47.2μm,and the cyclone’s D90 = 19.9μm.The grading efficiency of the primary classifier is γ1 = 30.6%,the partial efficiency of the secondary classifier is γ2 = 85.5%,the cyclone separator efficiency is about 100%;the system yield is 8.24kg/h,after the product weight ratio can be achieved: 10%: 80%: 10%,which meet the technical requirements of the product.At the same time,according to the process requirements of the system,the cyclone separator and the filter dust collector are designed and the structure scheme and parameters are obtained.The oxygen control system of the system is designed and adjusted according to the oxygen content and pressure of the system.The oxygen content of the system can reach about 670 PPm and the pressure is controlled at 0 1.2kPa.In order to meet the requirements of compact structural equipment,the uniformity of the air conditioner in the case of small space is specially designed.After the addition of the baffle,the temperature of the outlet gas of the surface cooler is reduced from56 ℃ to 42 ℃ skills requirement.The numerical simulation of the surface cooler and the introduction of the relative root mean square(RMS)as the uniformity index of the airflow distribution show that the airflow dispersion and homogenization of the shunt baffle are obvious and the cooling effect are remarkable.The RMS values ??of the planes are: σ1 = 0.11,σ2 = 0.29,σ3 ??= 0.07,σ4 = 0.27,σ5 = 0.07,σ6 = 0.28.Therefore,this paper presents a new type of titanium alloy powder sorting means-titanium alloy argon protection grading system.Experiments,the system can meet the 3D printing titanium alloy powder industrial grading requirements. |
