3D print clothe-making method has been developing rapidly in recent years,compared with the traditional garment manufacturing methods,3D method has strength in strong personalization,primary formability,saving raw materials,and has great application prospect in private bespoke custom.But using this method will lead to expensive raw materials,and the printed products are mostly hard plastic or metal,it is difficult to call "fiber",and vary widely from common clothing materials.In the other hand,melting electronspinning is mostly using in preparing superfine fiber,and has been widely used in agriculture,energy,nano-electronic devices,sensor and other fields,as the traditional raw materials are PP or PLA,the fibers are knotted rather than glued,so it has serious trouble in tangled threads,so it's hard to reach application level.This paper presents the use of melt electrospinning method,combined with the principle of 3D printing material manufacturing,3D clothing materials,technology and equipment research,the main content are as follow:1.Polypropylene(PP),polylactic acid(PLA)and polyester thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)were investigated.The TPU hot melt of FRR-300 was used as the base material.Mixed with different proportions of polyethylene glycol(PEG),the use of single-needle melt electrospinning equipment,prepared with a binder point of the fiber,for its application in the garment to provide the possibility.2.The effects of different electric field intensity,receiving distance and PEG content on the fineness and the n?mber of bond points of spinning fibers were investigated,and the optim?m technological conditions were obtained:the heating temperature of the nozzle was 200 ?,PEG-10000 content of 6%,receiving distance of 8cm,spinning voltage of 35KV.Under these conditions,the finest and most adherent fibers were prepared.3.Combined single needle melt electrospinning equipment with 3D printing,the three dimensional model for the hot-melt adheisive receiving device of the melt electrospinning equipment was successfully designed by three dimensional modeling software.The construction work of the whole metl electrospinning equipment was then completed.Making "new TPU fabric" as the goal for initial debugging,the stiffness,air permeability and wet permeability of the produce were tested based on the standards of clothing materials.The results expands the application of melt electrospinned nanofiber in clothing and textile industry.
